The client will be bound by the terms and conditions of the third party host company and is responsible for reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this provider. The designer will be responsible for providing this information at the time of agreement to service.
The client is responsible for any payments to be made to the third party provider. All fees or payments charged by this provider will be paid by the client directly to the third party provider. The designer cannot be held responsible for any termination of services which were put into effect by the third party provider.
If the client agrees to a service of periodic maintenance by the designer, no person other than the designer is to have access to make any changes to the website.
The designer makes no guarantee regarding the placement or position of the website on search engines. However, the website will be submitted to various search engines, and meta tags added for all customers choosing to add this service to their site.
The designer will test each webpage in the most recent version of popular web browsers including Internet Explorer and Firefox. However, no guarantee of function can be made in other browsers or in newer versions of the afore mentioned browsers.
The designer will rectify any corruption of a current clients website, which may rarely occur. However, The designer holds no liability for any loss of revenue which may occur as a result of such corruption.
